Who would have thought that, despite its futuristic setting, Bethesda would manage to thrust magic into the Starfield universe? These powers allow you to slow time, release solar bolts, and upend gravity for your enemies. Here are all Starborn Powers in Starfield!
All Starborn Powers in Starfield
There are 24 Starborn Powers in Starfield, and you will either hate them or love them. It’s a lot of fun to freeze enemies, slow down time, become invisible, or burst into a supernova and destroy everything surrounding you. But it’s not for everyone. Those who want a more grounded sci-fi universe will likely ignore them.
Anyway, here is every power in the game!
Power | Temple | Description |
---|---|---|
Alien Reanimation | Phi | Resurrect a dead alien to fight with you. |
Anti-Gravity Field | Eta | Create an anti-gravity field that paralyzes enemies within. |
Create Vacuum | Gamma | Remove the oxygen from a targeted area. |
Creators’ Peace | Nu | Pacify all enemies in the area. |
Earthbound | Epsilon | Alter the gravity to that of Earth’s levels. |
Elemental Pull | Psi | Blast inorganic resources and pull them to you. |
Eternal Harvest | Lambda | Regrow flora in the immediate area. |
Grav Dash | Zeta | Propel yourself forward using gravity. |
Gravity Wave | Beta | Release a gravity wave to stagger enemies before you. |
Gravity Well | Delta | Create an area of dense gravity that pulls and crushes enemies within. |
Inner Demon | Upsilon | Create a copy of your enemies that fights for you. |
Life Forced | Pi | Drain the life of a single foe and heal yourself. |
Moon Form | Rho | Become like stone, increasing resistance to all damage. |
Parallel Self | Sigma | Summon a version of you from an alternate reality. |
Particle Beam | Omega | Shoot a beam of particle energy that deals immense damage. |
Personal Atmosphere | Alpha | Create an area of unlimited oxygen around you. |
Phased Time | Buried Temple | Slow down time around you. |
Precognition | Iota | Look ahead in the future to see actions and dialogue choices. |
Reactive Shield | Tau | Create an antimatter shield that reflects incoming attacks. |
Sense Star Stuff | Chi | Detect all life around you for a short period. |
Solar Flare | Theta | Release a burst of solar energy that deals damage to enemies nearby. |
Sunless Space | Kappa | Shoot a ball once space ice that freezes the immediate area. |
Supernova | Xi | Explode in a powerful supernova to deal massive damage. |
Void Form | Omicron | Become invisible for a short period. |
My personal favorite is Inner Demon. It’s an instrumental power that creates a copy of the enemies you’re facing to help you in combat. It can quickly turn the tide of battle.

How to Get Powers
You’ll find each one at a unique temple dedicated to that specific power. Then, of course, there’s the mini-game. Honestly, it’s become a laughing matter in the community due to how absurd it is.
You will receive your first power by following along with the main story. After that, tackle the various quests given to you by Vladimir, as he’ll track down the temples and artifacts that unlock additional powers.
Furthermore, you do not need to obtain every power to complete the game. In fact, by the end of the main story quest, I only had around seven or eight abilities in total, and I managed just fine in the final battle!
