Marrying Other Players
Furthermore, along with the staggering amount of romantic possibilities already in the game, it will be possible to romance your multiplayer partner. That’s right, you can start a farm with your best friend, spouse, or what have you, and then romance and marry them in-game. It’s like real life!
That said, the multiplayer component of Coral Island is not yet available in the full release. It is, however, part of the 2024 roadmap for the game.
How to Romance in Coral Island
Like in other cozy farming sim games, like Stardew Valley, you can raise your affinity with characters in Coral Island to unlock unique cutscenes and dialogue interactions. As your relationship grows, you become friends, then partners, and eventually, you can marry.
It’s important to regularly speak to your romantic interest, provide them with gifts, and explore their unique scenes to the fullest. In doing so, you will raise their hearts to ten, which will allow you to propose and marry them.
From there, you can even have children. It’s confirmed you may have up to two children in the game.
