Fallout 4: Where to Find the Perception Bobblehead

While this is perhaps one of the easiest Vault-Tec Bobbleheads to find in the game, it’s also easy to miss if you decide not to follow along with the main story and instead venture off into the wasteland. With approximately 1,000 hours invested in the game, I rarely visit Preston Garvey and his pals, so if you’re playing like I often do, here is where to find the Perception Bobblehead in Fallout 4!

How to Get the Perception Bobblehead in Fallout 4

You can find the Perception Bobblehead on the top floor of the Museum of Freedom in Concord, sitting on the desk behind Preston Garvey’s group at the back of the room. It’s right on the corner and, as such, is tough to miss if you’re following along with the main storyline.

If you’ve never been inside the Museum of Freedom, just like its exterior and road before it, you’ll find a bunch of Raiders. They’re assaulting Preston Garvey and his company, with a handful on each floor to contend with. It’s not a tough fight by any means, especially if you use cover.

Once inside and in the clear, head to the top floor to speak with Preston. If you’d rather ignore him, just walk on by and pick up the Perception Bobblehead on the desk!

What Does the Perception Bobblehead Do in Fallout 4?

Like the six other Bobbleheads in Fallout 4, the Perception Bobblehead grants a +1 to the unique S.P.E.C.I.A.L. stat associated with it. Obviously, that means Perception.

If you’d prefer to avoid Preston Garvey and his incessant quest-giving, you can always use the console (~) to spawn a single Perception Bobblehead. For that, access the console and then type “player.additem [Item ID] 1” to receive the Bobblehead in your inventory.
