How to Get the Charisma Bobblehead in Fallout 4
To get the Charisma Bobblehead in Fallout 4, travel to the Parsons State Insane Asylum, located along the eastern coast of The Commonwealth, near The Slog, and just a bit west of Salem.
But there’s a kicker, unfortunately. You cannot access Parsons State Insane Asylum without beginning the side quest, The Secret of Cabot House. The entire facility is locked tight, and you require the key, which comes from Jack Cabot.
Once he’s unlocked the asylum, you’ll have free reign to fight through the corridors, taking down the various Raiders. Once you’re through the right-hand door, which is chained up in the beginning, you’ll find Cabot’s office desk, with the Bobblehead sitting comfortably on the corner.

What Does the Charisma Bobblehead Do in Fallout 4?

Like the other Vault-Tec Bobbleheads in Fallout 4, the Charisma Bobblehead increases your S.P.E.C.I.A.L. stat by one permanently. In this case, it’s your Charisma, which allows you to pass dialogue checks more easily.
If you don’t feel like tracking down the Bobblehead, as per usual, you can spawn one. Open the console and type “player.additem [Item Code] 1” without the parenthesis. Upon entering the command, you’ll receive a single Charisma Bobblehead in your inventory, but it will turn off achievements!
