The Forest is home to countless introductory points of interest that offer new players a chance to explore Appalachia without too much fear. However, as you progress deeper into the game and enemies become stronger, even this “new player-friendly” area becomes dangerous. And one spot that provides a challenge is Clancy Manor, home to countless Cultists. Here is where to find Clancy Manor in Fallout 76!
How to Find Clancy Manor in Fallout 76
To find Clancy Manor in Fallout 76, trek north into The Forest until you discover the last road on the western side of the map. Your target, Clancy Manor, is located west of Hemlock Holes, east of WV Lumber Co., and north of Cobbleton Farm.
As you stumble upon the point of interest, you’ll note that the formerly pristine manor is no longer livable. It’s overrun with flora, with massive twisting vines covering much of the immediate area and the exterior of the building itself. The Cultists here have transformed any usable space into places of worship and rest, allowing them to launch attacks on other sites in the area from this home base in the north.
If you take your time, you can clear each campsite of its Cultist presence without alerting the entire manor to your presence.

What You’ll Find at Clancy Manor in Fallout 76
Alongside the Cultists to duke it out with, you’ll find plenty of resources in and around Clancy Manor. There’s also a Chemistry Station, Cooking Station, and Tinker’s Workbench in the area, should you need to scrap anything you loot from the enemies.
As for quests, In Case of Emergency, a camp follower quest for Sofia Daguerre brings you to Clancy Manor in search of an emergency protocols holotape air-dropped in a crate. It’s the only side quest that will bring you to the POI.
Regarding loot, you can find:
- Vault-Tec Bobblehead
- Recipes
- Magazines
- Crystal
It’s important to note that this is not a guaranteed spawn site for the Vault-Tec Bobblehead, Recipes, or Magazines. They have a chance of spawning. The area is excellent for farming Crystal, with 18 crystal liquor decanters inside the building.
